Patricia is the CFO of Vision Service Plan. In 2001, she received the Distinguished Service Award from California State University, Sacramento. She currently serves on the boards of the following organizations: Sacramento Region Community Foundation, Mercy Healthcare Sacramento, California CPA Education Foundation, and the Business and Industry Executive Committee of the American Institute of CPAs.

Catherine Connor
Vice Chair |
Catherine is president and CEO of the Cardoza Family Partnership and works for the Cardoza Foundation. Her community involvement includes membership in Omega Nu, board member of Sutter Gold Medical Foundation, Treasurer of St. Vincent de Paul Ministry of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and a member of the board of trustees for the Center for Human Services. She and her husband have two young daughters.

James Pardun
Secretary |
James is the manager in Sacramento County’s Economic Development Department. James serves on the boards of directors of the Volunteers of America, the Fulton Avenue Association and the Workforce Investment Board. He is also a member of the MTI College of Business and Technology’s board of trustees and the Greater Sacramento Small Business Development Center’s Advisory Board. In addition, he has taught English at the junior high, high school, and university levels. |

Barbara Ellis
Treasurer |
Barbara is the chief financial officer of Bianchi Plumbing. Prior to her current position, Barbara was the CFO of Western Blue and assistant vice president and assistant treasurer with CalFarm Insurance Company. She has volunteered at Light of the Hills Lutheran Church where she is a member of the choir and Sunday school teaching staff. She continues to volunteer for both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. |

Dick Colvin |
Dick is the Vice President of Marketing for PENNYSAVERUSA.com and has been a resident of Sacramento for the past 16 years. Dick has been an active volunteer for the YMCA, United Way, People Reaching Out, and the Discovery Museum. One of his greatest accomplishments was his partnership with Girl Scouts to set the Guinness Book of World Records for the world’s largest temporary coin mural in 2003. |

Alexandra Dressler |
Alexandra is a student at the Thomas Downey High School, where she is involved with the dance production. She began her Girl Scout experience as a Brownie Girl Scout and two years ago she visited the WAGGGS International Center in Cuernavaca, Mexico. When she is not involved in school and other extracurricular activities, she works at Burlington Coat Factory. |

Destinee Duncan |
Destinee has been a member of Girl Scouts for nine years. She aspires to be a leader among her peers and a positive mentor for all girls. For the past four summers, Destinee has volunteered at Girl Scout day camps. She is a junior at Sacramento High School in the school of Business and Communications. In addition to her involvement in Girl Scouts, she is a member of her high school cheer squad, biophotonics, and student government. |

Anne Ferguson |
Anne is a partner in the law firm Hunter Richey di Benedetto & Eisenbeis, LLP. Her practice focuses on healthcare issues including hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, and medical groups. She is a graduate of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She was formerly on the board of directors of the Sacramento County Bar Healthcare Law Section, the American Lung Association of Sacramento, Breathe California of Sacramento, and the Rotary Club of Sacramento. |

Laurel Hopkins |
Laurel is a senior at Placer High School and has been an active Girl Scout for 12 years. She plans to become a lifetime member when she bridges to adult Girl Scouting. Outside of school and other extracurricular activities, Laurel plays the piano and works several jobs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. |

Robin Kren |
Robin is a first grade teacher at Sacramento Country Day School. She has been a board member with the YMCA of Greater Sacramento for eight years. In addition, she has served on the California Association of Independent Schools Professional Services Committee and is a current board member on the United Corporate Furnishings Board of Directors. Robin was a girl member of Girl Scouts for 11 years. |

Jan Opie |
Jan is employed with Golden State Cellular in Jamestown as the Product Development Manager. Her Girl Scout experience includes serving on the Nominating Committee, chair of the Annual Meeting Committee, and she has served two terms as Member at Large of the board of directors. She was a troop leader and volunteer before joining the board of directors and has taught American Red Cross CPR and First Aid classes for many years. |

Patti Oshita |
Patti is the manager for Career Executive Assignment & Exempt Services at the Department of Transportation, State of California. She has volunteered as a Girl Scout leader for 15 years with the troops at the Sacramento Buddhist Temple. Combined, 18 troops and more than 65 leaders come together at these troop meetings. In addition, Patti is an advisor to the Young Buddhist Association and Buddhist Women’s Association. She is also a minister assistant at the Sacramento Buddhist Temple. |

Patrice Perkins |
Patrice is currently a Private Banker with Wells Fargo Bank’s Wealth Management Group, where she has been employed since 1994. In this position, she manages the portfolios of high-net-worth clients providing credit, banking, investment, insurance, trust and estate planning services. She is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento in Business Administration and Strategic Management. |

Norm Marshall |
Norm is a major partner and Vice President of Headwaters Construction, Inc. and is the director of all construction operations for the company. Norm’s extensive expertise has been cultivated through the project and systems management of a variety of development projects. Over the years he has established a highly respected reputation among his clients and resources as an individual who quickly assimilates critical path principles and creatively applies new concepts and material. |

Anita Rohn |
Anita served as a board member for Girl Scouts for many years and as president for six years. She began her Girl Scout experience as a troop leader and also served as recording secretary for Girl Scout Councils of California, a coalition of 11 California Girl Scout Councils that have united their approximately 250,000 girls and volunteers in order to shape public policy in California. Anita is an Instructional Assistant in Special Education at Hughson Elementary School and has several grandchildren in Girl Scouts. |

Eric Solis |
Eric serves on the boards of both Girl Scouts Heart of Central California and the YMCA of Superior California. He graduated from UC Davis with degrees in International Relations and Economics. Eric is Vice President-Investments with Wachovia Securities, LLC providing comprehensive financial and retirement planning services and wealth management services. A resident of Sacramento for the last 27 years, Eric and his wife, Araceli, have two daughters. |
